What the deposit buys
£380 for wall & ceiling decoration at the UK address you supply. That pays for one visit of up to 4 hours of preparation and painting on the surfaces you describe, credited in full against that job.
Any balance due = quoted extra labour + quoted extra materials. The deposit you already paid is credited in full and is never charged twice. If you decline a later quotation, the balance due is £0.
If the included visit is not enough to finish the job, we put the extra work in writing first — hourly rate, estimated hours and any materials. Nothing extra starts until you accept that quotation.

Prepared wall/ceiling decoration (two coats, standard trade paint) is genuinely priced per m² — this is a fair unit for this job. As a reference, around 20–24 m² of wall (roughly one average room) tends to fit inside the visit below. A full redecoration of a house will need more than one visit — ask for a quote first. This calculator gives a rough size check only — it is not a quote.

- Paint and sundries — tell us the colour/finish and we bring trade paint, invoiced as part of any extra-materials quotation if more is needed
- Wallpaper hanging or specialist decorative finishes
- External painting and render work
Booking
We agree a visit date in writing after payment, once we know the postcode and access. Paying today reserves the job, not a clock time on a specific day. The service begins when we start the included attendance at the address you gave, or when we start writing up the remaining-works note if we cannot attend. Paying on PayPal does not by itself start the service or book a calendar date.
