How a visit runs, start to finish

  1. Pay the deposit for the category that matches your job — snagging, joinery, decoration or handover making-good. That reserves one visit of up to 4 hours.
  2. We confirm a visit date in writing once we know your postcode and access. Prefer to talk first? Request a quote instead and we'll call you.
  3. On site we work the included hours against your list. If more time is genuinely needed, you get a written price for the rest — accept it or not, your call.
